Cottage Berry Whip
Check Out this week’s Trim Healthy Mama Recipe that is gonna be a keeper with the summer months right upon us! This light, yummy desert like dish is sure to keep you dropping the pounds while feeling a bit indulgent! Just try and keep enough for yourself without the hubby and the kids wanting to eat your stash!
low fat cottage cheese ~ berries ~ sweetener ~ vanilla
- Put 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese and 1/2 cup frozen berries in blender.
- Add THM Gentle Sweet to taste (Canadians get it here), dash of vanilla, and blend well.
- Place in a parfait glass and enjoy!
