Luscious Lime Creamsicles

Oh yes, this is a recipe we can get behind! You had us at creamsicle! Whip this together and enjoy a tasty, creamy treat. This recipe only makes 6 though so you may want to double (or triple!) it!

- 1 can of full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of mashed avocado
- 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1TB MCT oil
- 1TB THM Gentle Sweet
- 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 3-4 Drops of Young Living Lime Essential Oil
- Blend everything in a good blender.
- Pour (or scoop) into popsicle molds and freeze for a few hours.
